These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tplcaberdeen.co.uk and the services provided by The Property Leasing Company Aberdeen (“TPLC”). By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

TPLC is a licensed letting agent operating in Scotland under Letting Agent Registration Number LARN1905070 and Landlord Registration 591846/100/19091, regulated under the Letting Agent Code of Practice (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
2. Use of Our Website
- This website is for informational and enquiry purposes only.
- Property listings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
- You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful content.
3. Property Lettings
- Viewing or being offered a property does not constitute a binding agreement until a Tenancy Agreement is signed by all parties.
- Descriptions and photographs are for guidance only.
4. Tenancy Applications
- Applications are subject to referencing, credit checks, Right to Rent verification, and landlord approval.
- We comply fully with the Equality Act 2010.
5. Fees & Deposits
- We operate in compliance with the Tenant Fees (Scotland) Act.
- All fees and deposits are communicated clearly in writing before any agreement.
- Security deposits are registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme within 30 working days.
6. Landlord Services
Letting, property management, factoring, and refurbishment services are governed by a separate written Landlord Agreement and our published Key Facts document (available on request).
7. Factoring Services
Factoring services are provided under the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and our registered Written Statement of Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, images, logos, and graphics — belongs to TPLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.
10. Complaints
We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and respond fully within 15 working days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to The Property Ombudsman.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
